1. Services

A2PReady provides done-for-you A2P 10DLC registration services for GoHighLevel users. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information (matching IRS records), necessary access to platforms, and timely feedback to ensure project completion. Delays or inaccurate information may lead to carrier rejection.

3. Payment Terms & Third-Party Fees

Our $50 fee (or bulk rate) is for our service only. GoHighLevel, The Campaign Registry (TCR), and carrier fees are separate and paid directly through your GoHighLevel account. We do not mark up or collect these third-party fees.

4. Resubmission Support

If your campaign is rejected by carriers, we will diagnose the issue, fix compliance elements within our scope, and resubmit at no additional service charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

A2PReady is not responsible for carrier review timelines, changes to TCR rules, or the business outcomes resulting from the use of the systems we configure. We cannot guarantee approval if the business operates in forbidden categories (e.g., SHAFT).
