1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the A2P Ready website or services (the Services), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Services Provided
A2P Ready helps businesses prepare and submit A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registrations and toll free verifications, and gives guidance on SMS compliance. Final approval decisions are made by carriers, The Campaign Registry and messaging providers, not by A2P Ready.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act for your business. You agree to give accurate, complete and current information during registration and while using the Services.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
5. Payments and Billing
Our service fees are shown at the time of purchase. Carrier, registry and provider fees are separate and are charged by your SMS provider. We may change our pricing with notice to you.
6. Compliance Responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure your messages, consent practices and campaigns follow applicable laws and carrier rules. These include the TCPA, CTIA guidelines and The Campaign Registry policies. Our guidance does not guarantee approval or legal compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and guides, belongs to A2P Ready or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, A2P Ready is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these Terms or applicable laws. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property and liability limits, will survive termination.
