What are the main steps?
A business profile in Trust Hub, a brand registered with The Campaign Registry, a campaign with your use case, samples and opt in details, and a Messaging Service that links your numbers to the approved campaign.
Can a rejected campaign be fixed?
Most rejections can be fixed by editing the campaign and resubmitting. Twilio charges the vetting fee once per campaign, so editing is usually better than deleting and starting again.
