Business details
- Legal business name, exactly as it appears on your EIN records
- EIN, your 9 digit tax ID
- Business address that matches your records
- A business email and phone number
Your website
- A live website that shows your business name
- A privacy policy that says mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing
- Terms that explain your text program, STOP and HELP
Opt in proof
Show how customers agree to receive texts, such as a web form checkbox or a keyword. The consent language should name your business, describe the texts, mention that message frequency varies and explain how to opt out.

- Your business name in each message
- Opt out wording such as Reply STOP to opt out
